Pip Tart

Time for another little morsel of Penelope!
These pictures are from October and November
I think she looks a lot like Chels as a baby in this one! So far she has looked like Chels, Gretel, Teal, Oliver, Hudson, Jeanne, Sloane and Zoe to me. She is such a good mix of everyone, it's crazy!
with Papa at Dallin's wedding dinner
such a little lady in her shrug!
Her monkey is still her favorite little toy, and she loves sucking on the legs and arms.
Reminds me of Hudson and Fresh.

With Teal one night after a movie. She is so easy to take places--I can't believe it! I love her old-fashioned bonnet!

I just love a wet, chubby little baby fresh out of the tub!

Now wasn't that delicious?
Can I just say how much I LOVE having a girl? She is so calm and easy going. My mom thinks it's hilarious that I think she's just like a little pet. Or my own real live doll. But she is!! And I'm sooooo lucky!

This Is Halloween! This Is Halloween!

I'm going to get current on my blog if it kills me.
Halloween 2011!
We went to this darling pumpkin patch with Oliver's preschool and I liked it so much, we went back for FHE to pick more pumpkins and take some pics.
Here's the gang!

Harry Potter
Captain America
and the cutest, sweetest witch I think I've ever seen!
Here's Hud at school in his little Kindergarten parade. He was so excited! He seemed so grown-up walking through all the classrooms. It was one of those grown-up moments for me too; one of those times when I can't believe I'm a mom doing "mom stuff"! I'm also one of his room mothers and helped with his Halloween party, and that seemed so crazy too! I hated having to choose which child I was going to help in their class. I decided I'm going to have to trade off every other holiday with them---or get Steve to be a "room dad" like my dad always was growing up!

Here we are about to go trick-or-treating. Steve has a phobia about dressing up, so it was just us. The weather was so beautiful that evening, and I ran around the neighborhood with them in my short sleeves and bare legs!
After our neighborhood, we went to my parents house for scones and homemade witches brew!
These little "skelekons" got out of their costumes and into their jammies before we headed home. It was another fun and memorable Halloween!

Penelope is wearing Oliver's jammies from 4 years ago. Sweet little babies!
