Here are my favorite highlights from the past few months!
Almost every week after church I make the kids get their picture taken in their church duds. My mom buys their clothes and hardly ever gets to see them all gussied up, so I take pics so she can see how they looked!
Hudson was very compliant that day. He must be getting used to the ritual!

Helping the kids with their Valentine's always makes me feel like such a grown up... It's something I remember doing vividly as a kid, and I can't believe it's me on the other end!
Anyway, I had to include a picture of this one because Oliver was cracking up that his "O" on his name looked like "ta-ta's". I laughed out loud when I heard that one!
Valentine's Day breakfast: Heart-shaped french toast. It was a hit!
One cold weekend in February, we decided to take an impromptu trip down to St. George to get out of the gloom. Our friends the Drake's were able to come with us on short notice. It was nice to get away. This day was beautiful, so we spent a lot of it outside. It felt soooo good to be in the sun! The next day rained like crazy so we took the kids bowling for the first time. They loved it!
Since it wouldn't stop raining and my snow boots were starting to look dumb in April, I finally bought myself some wellies. Hudson thought he would take them for a spin too!
The boys got to spend the night with Grammy at "Gramen Helen's" house in Provo. They LOVE going down there with her. Gram is such a fun grandma... she does things like teaches them how to climb trees. We're so glad she's like that since their mother isn't so much!
Hud was completely at ease!
I love how terrified Oliver is.
I bet his little hands were sweating like crazy by the look on his face!
Oliver was on his way to school one morning and he looked too cute to pass up a photo-op! I can't believe I got a smile out of him. He always says "smiling's not my favorite."
Hudson had his first loose tooth! Well, teeth. A couple of months ago the boys were in the tub. They claim they were playing a game, but I'm not sure what happened. Next thing I know Oliver punched Hudson in the mouth and his two bottom teeth were bleeding and loose. After a couple of months they were hanging by a thread, so we were trying to get him to bite into an apple before school one morning. He was terrified! It didn't work, but that afternoon he was playing and it just fell out! He was thrilled it didn't bleed! He couldn't wait to put it under his pillow.
I was leaving for Sacramento the next day, so I was so relieved I didn't miss the first Tooth Fairy experience!
(Perfect for helping all of his other teeth to fall out)
His other tooth fell out when I was out of town, but thankfully "she" still came and left a fun toy under his pillow. "She" even remembered the sparkly glitter :)
The boys were SO excited to color Easter eggs. I bet you would have never guessed by the look on Hudson's face. He's hardly ever enthusiastic about anything!
(wink, wink)
Ollie spilled a cup of water in the process, and his little wet bum in his white unders was too cute not to capture. This has been quite a risque post full of bums and ta-tas...yikes!
Steve's birthday also happened to fall on Easter this year. I think that's a first!
Anyway, we whipped some Eggs Benedict before church so he'd feel special too. It was de-lish!
Hudson picked his out too. He wanted a "neck tie" and belt "like Dad's."
Pardon his expression. He said it was too bright outside :)
